Hey, so it turns out that many Smarter Exercise clients are taking this ‘WFH thing’ pretty seriously and are actually working from home, a lot! Like my little missus, it seems that some are busier than ever despite not having to endure an often substantial commute everyday.

Still, some of you “employed” types carved out time on the weekends to continue working on projects around the house like Randy. Randy has been working on repurposing a home theater room and renovating his master bathroom. Nice work, man!

I’ve been doing push-ups, sit ups, planks, jumping jacks, jogs around the block, curls (using a propane tank)… been busy staying healthy and not hanging out with any possible vectors

As a whole, the Smarter Exercise community is going to have a lot of cleaned closets and cleaned-out garages, although no one has been brave enough to share those pictures. Some are knitting and some are working on crochet projects. I know at least one of my favorite clients will be journaling about her feelings during the pandemic. 😉 Scrap-booking anyone??? Others are planting victory gardens and making masks.

I did try some resistance band exercises that one of my daughters suggested, but I tweaked my back so I am taking it easy this week and let the back heal before trying anything else.

Sarah stayed busy with her paintbrush freshening up her fence. And she made a goat. Why? She didn’t say, but I’m sure that will not be the last we see of Sarah’s goat. Hey Sarah, let me know if that goat needs a custom home.

Finally, you know I couldn’t leave without sharing my most recent painting project. Moving that fancy pants bed from chapter 2 into a room with a humble, under-dressed dresser was not fair to the poor dresser. We had to dress her up.
